Dear Mr. Li:

This letter is to confirm our agreement for your employment as a marketing specialist at ABC Company.

Your base salary will be RMB 7,000 per month, payable on the last working day of each month. In addition, you will receive a performance bonus of up to 8% of your salary depending on your performance.

You will be eligible for 10 days of paid vacation per year, to be taken at a time convenient to both you and the company. You will also be entitled to the benefits outlined in our employee handbook.
