合资合同：缔结与效力

本合资合同依据中华人民共和国法律，特别是《中华人民共和国合同法》等法律法规的规定，缔结并生效。

This contract shall be concluded and become effective in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, such as the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China.

第六条 本合同一式贰份，双方各执壹份，具有同等法律效力。

Article 6 Both parties shall hold one of the two copies of this contract, which shall have the same legal effect.
