员工培训服务协议 - 深圳市某某公司与某某培训机构 - 常规

本协议由以下双方：

甲方：深圳市某某公司

乙方：深圳市某某培训机构

兹经双方友好协商，于2019年7月15日签订本协议，共同遵守下列条款：

一、培训内容

乙方负责为甲方提供专业的企业管理和职业技能培训，包括但不限于企业管理、销售技巧、职业技能、团队建设、英语口语等培训内容。

二、培训费用

甲方按照培训期限，向乙方支付培训费用，培训期限及培训费用如下：

培训期限：2019年7月15日至2019年8月31日；
培训费用：甲方按照乙方收费标准，支付培训费用总额为：人民币XX元整（大写）。

三、培训期限

培训期限从本协议签订之日起至2019年8月31日；
如甲方要求更改培训期限，须提前30日以书面形式提出申请，乙方有权无须理由拒绝甲方的申请；
如乙方需要更改培训期限，须提前30日以书面形式通知甲方，甲方有权拒绝乙方的申请。

四、培训质量

乙方承诺提供优质培训服务，并保证培训效果；
乙方有义务按时完成培训任务，如因乙方原因未按时完成培训任务，乙方需向甲方支付违约金。

五、法律责任

双方均有义务遵守本协议的约定，如因一方违反本协议的约定而给对方造成损失的，应当赔偿损失，但不得超过本协议约定的培训费用总额。

六、其他

1.本协议一式贰份，双方各执壹份，具有同等法律效力。

2.本协议自签订之日起生效，至双方履行完毕之日止。

3.本协议未尽事宜，双方协商解决。

Employee Training Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by the following parties:

Party A: Shenzhen XXX Company

Party B: Shenzhen XXX Training Institution

The two parties, in friendly consultation, sign this Agreement on July 15th, 2019 and abide by the following terms:

I. Training Content

Party B is responsible for providing professional enterprise management and vocational skills training for Party A, including but not limited to enterprise management, sales skills, vocational skills, team building, English oral communication, etc.

II. Training Fees

Party A shall pay training fees to Party B according to the training period, the training period and fees are as follows:

Training period: July 15th, 2019 to August 31st, 2019;
Training fees: Party A shall pay the total training fees to Party B according to Party B's fee standards, the total training fees is RMB XX (in words).

III. Training Period

The training period starts from the date of this Agreement and ends on August 31st, 2019;
If Party A requests to change the training period, it shall apply in writing 30 days in advance, Party B reserves the right to reject Party A's application without any reason;
If Party B needs to change the training period, it shall notify Party A in writing 30 days in advance, Party A has the right to reject Party B's application.

IV. Training Quality

Party B promises to provide high quality training services and guarantee the training effect;
Party B is obliged to complete the training tasks on time, if the training tasks are not completed on time due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay liquidated damages to Party A.

V. Legal Liability

Both parties shall abide by the terms of this Agreement. If one party violates the terms of this Agreement and causes losses to the other party, it shall compensate for the losses, but the compensation shall not exceed the total training fees stipulated in this Agreement.

VI. Others

This Agreement is in two copies, each party holds one copy, and both copies have the same legal effect.
This Agreement shall become effective from the date of signing and shall expire on the date of completion of performance by both parties.
Matters not covered herein shall be resolved by mutual consultation.
