Office Layout Transformation: Present vs. Future Plans

According to the first graph, the company's premises consist of large grassy areas in both the western and eastern regions. The western area connects to the central part of the office through an open door. Moving to the northern part, there is a kitchen, followed by a canteen and a storage room arranged from northwest to northeast. Conversely, the southern side of the office is occupied by four office rooms, with an entrance and a reception area located in the southeast.

The future plan, however, indicates some notable transformations. The western grassy area will be converted into an outdoor seating area for the company staff. In the eastern region, a coffee machine will be added in the north, while a meeting place will be established in the southern part of the grassy area. Furthermore, the kitchen and canteen will be repurposed as additional office rooms. The reception and entrance will be relocated to the central southern area, resulting in a reduction of two office rooms. Additionally, the restroom will be repositioned to the northeast side of the office layout.
