集体合同未签署员工的权利和义务

本协议不签署的乙方应无权享受本协议提供的各项权利和义务。

第10条 若雇主与员工之间未签署个人劳动合同，则未签署集体合同的员工将无法享有本协议提供的权利和义务。

'Article 10 If an individual labor contract is not signed between the employer and the employee, the employee shall not be entitled to the rights and obligations provided by this Agreement without signing a collective contract.'
