门市转让合同 - XX 门店经营权转让协议

本合同系依据《中华人民共和国合同法》等有关规定，由甲乙双方于：20XX年XX月XX日经友好协商，就乙方向甲方转让XX门市经营权达成如下协议：

一、转让权利义务

（一）乙方向甲方转让XX门市经营权，甲方接受并拥有XX门市经营权。

（二）乙方向甲方转让XX门市的资质及相关物品，甲方接受并拥有XX门市的资质及相关物品。

二、转让价款

（一）乙方向甲方转让XX门市经营权，甲方向乙方支付XXXX元作为转让价款，乙方收款后交付XX门市经营权。

（二）乙方向甲方转让XX门市的资质及相关物品，甲方向乙方支付XXXXX元作为转让价款，乙方收款后交付XX门市的资质及相关物品。

三、争议解决

本合同发生争议，由双方协商解决；协商不成，提交XX仲裁委员会仲裁。

四、其他

（一）本合同自双方签字盖章之日起生效，至转让完毕之日止。

（二）本合同一式贰份，双方各执壹份，具有同等法律效力。

Contract for Transferring the Operating Right of XX Door Store

This Contract is made according to the relevant regulations such as the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China. The two parties, Party A and Party B, reach the following agreement after friendly negotiation on XX Month XX, 20XX, that Party B transfers the operating right of XX Door Store to Party A:

Article 1: Transferring Right and Obligation

(1) Party B transfers the operating right of XX Door Store to Party A, and Party A accepts and possesses the operating right of XX Door Store.

(2) Party B transfers the qualifications and related items of XX Door Store to Party A, and Party A accepts and possesses the qualifications and related items of XX Door Store.

Article 2: Transferring Price

(1) Party B transfers the operating right of XX Door Store to Party A, and Party A pays XXXX Yuan to Party B as the transferring price, and Party B delivers the operating right of XX Door Store after receiving the payment.

(2) Party B transfers the qualifications and related items of XX Door Store to Party A, and Party A pays XXXXX Yuan to Party B as the transferring price, and Party B delivers the qualifications and related items of XX Door Store after receiving the payment.

Article 3: Resolution of Dispute

In case of any dispute arising from this Contract, the two parties shall settle it through negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit it to the Arbitration Committee of XX for arbitration.

Article 4: Others

(1) This Contract shall take effect from the date of signing and sealing by both parties and shall terminate on the date when the transfer is completed.

(2) This Contract is made in two copies, and each party holds one copy, both of which shall have the same legal effect.
