合同订立形式及签署要求

1. 当事人采用合同书形式订立合同的，应当在合同书上签字或者盖章；

Where the parties enter into a contract in the form of a contract, they shall sign or seal the contract.

4. 当事人采用书面协议形式订立合同的，应当由双方当事人签署书面协议；

Where the parties enter into a contract in the form of a written agreement, it shall be signed by both parties.

5. 当事人采用其他形式订立合同的，应当以书面或者其他形式作出明确表示，以确认双方当事人订立合同的意思表示。

Where the parties enter into a contract in any other form, they shall make a clear expression in writing or in any other form to confirm the intention of both parties to enter into the contract.
