合同延期申请书 - 延期至2015年8月1日

尊敬的XX公司：

我方与你方于2015年5月1日签订的‘XX合同’，现因本方原因，需要延期执行，故特此请求您方同意，将合同的履行期限延期至2015年8月1日，其他条款照办。

由于本次延期将影响你方利益，我方承诺，为补偿你方损失，双方另行签订相应的补偿协议，由我方按合同约定支付相应费用，以弥补你方损失。

We signed the 'XX Contract' with you on May 1, 2015. Now due to our reasons, we need to delay the execution and hereby request you to agree to extend the performance period of the contract to August 1, 2015, and other terms shall remain in force.
