Steel Coil Deformation During Loading: Potential Cargo Collapse and Safety Risk

Due to the deformation of the bottom steel coils during the loading process, we suspect that the packaging of these coils may be inadequate and unable to withstand compression. The deformation of the steel coils can render the lashing and securing ineffective, which can result in the collapse of the cargo and endanger the safety of the ship and crew. We strongly advise the shipowner to carefully assess this risk.
