Consignee's Claim on Damaged Goods May Exceed Guaranteed Amount

Due to less than half of the goods being put into production and the final disposal plan for the severely damaged goods not being determined yet, the consignee has not disclosed their estimated losses. However, the consignee recently indicated that the goods' damage was more severe than initially expected. Therefore, we anticipate that the consignee's claim may not be lower than the guaranteed amount. Although we currently do not have assay data for the goods, based on our experience, it is unlikely that the severely damaged goods will result in a total loss.
