Cargo Damage Inspection Report: Dissolved, Rotten, and Discolored Goods

After discussing with the consignee, HUATAI surveyor, and the RONGDXIN surveyor, we randomly selected 20 cartons from the container for inspection. Our inspection revealed that all the cargoes were dissolved and emitted a foul odor. Furthermore, we observed signs of rot, discoloration in certain areas, and evidence that the bottom of the cargo had melted and refrozen.
