船舶舱底油污清理情况报告

During the cleaning and repair period, we maintained telephone contact with the workers and crew members and provided corresponding suggestions for cleaning measures. According to the crew's information, after cleaning the cargo hold 'tanktop', they opened the cover of the 'bilge well' and found that it was filled with fuel. We advised the workers to first remove the fuel, then soak the pipelines with a mixture of oil dispersant and continuously replace the contaminated dispersant until there are no more oil traces inside. Then, rinse with clean water. All contaminated oily water should be sent ashore for treatment. When we boarded for inspection on July 27th, we found that the 'bilge well' had been cleaned and there were no obvious oil traces. The crew also opened the pipelines to check the condition of the internal filters and found no contamination. However, there was still a small amount of oil residue on the surrounding part of the hatch. The workers continued cleaning using a mobile platform. The cleaning work finally ended at 0800 on July 28th.
