Spring Nostalgia: A Poem About Childhood Memories
The world awakens from its slumber, As springtime brings a new wonder, Memories of childhood days, Of laughter, joy, and sunny rays.
The sweet scent of blooming flowers, Recalls the passing of the hours, Playing in the fields of green, Where the world was just a dream.
The gentle breeze rustles the leaves, As we recall the happy memories, Of chasing butterflies and bees, And climbing trees with great ease.
The warmth of the sun on our skin, As we run and play with kin, The world was such a magical thing, In the spring, when the birds sing.
Now we're grown, and time has passed, But the memories forever last, Nostalgia for the days of yore, And for spring, we long once more.
