NEU Surface Defect Database: 1,800 Images of 6 Hot-Rolled Steel Strip Defects
The Northeastern University (NEU) surface defect database contains 1,800 grayscale images of six typical surface defects found on hot-rolled steel strips. These defects include rolled-in scale, patches, crazing, pitted surface, inclusion, and scratches. There are 300 samples for each type of defect in the database.
