Aligned on 2023 CCR Goals, Sub-Team Targets, and Operational Plan
We have achieved a successful alignment with the NSR leaders regarding the proposed 2023 CCR goal number, sub-team goals, and operational plan. Our alignment document also includes the rationale behind our aim to decrease CN NSR product quality while enhancing CX, as well as the shared 2023 TSE/SQ initiative roadmap.
