Party B intends to focus on promoting and selling Party C's intelligent driving heavy trucks (such as unmanned mining trucks, unmanned heavy trucks, unmanned slag trucks, unmanned tractor trucks, etc.) and Party D's cargo trucks, special vehicles, and tractor truck series in the target market (including but not limited to Ulaanbaatar, Darhan, and Erdenet in Mongolia). The first confirmed cooperative brand and product model is: ZZ5A5HY454KZ3EV pure electric line-controlled mining wide-body dump truck, ZZ4252V3847Z1SEV battery-swapping tractor truck, ZZ4252V3847Z1BEV charging tractor truck, HOWO7 6ￗ4 tractor truck ZZ4257V3247C1.

Party B intends to purchase 100 slag trucks and 100 tractor trucks from Party D, and plans to conduct the first batch of unmanned driving technology transformation for 10 slag trucks purchased from Party D to promote long-term trade cooperation between the two parties.

Party C will provide unmanned driving transformation plans and transformation reports for the purchased heavy trucks, and provide corresponding remote consulting and software upgrade services in the future. The specific terms shall be subject to the procurement agreement signed by the relevant parties.
