FINDER FEE CONTRACT FOR BUYER

This Finder Fee Contract for Buyer ('Agreement') is made and entered into on [Date] by and between [Buyer's Name] ('Buyer') and [Finder's Name] ('Finder').

WHEREAS, Buyer wishes to purchase a property in [City/State/Country];

WHEREAS, Finder has identified a property that meets Buyer's requirements;

WHEREAS, Finder is entitled to receive a finder's fee for locating the property;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Finder's Services. Finder shall provide Buyer with the following services:

(a) Locate a property that meets Buyer's requirements;

(b) Provide Buyer with information on the property, including but not limited to, price, location, and condition.

Finder's Fee. In consideration of Finder's services, Buyer agrees to pay Finder a finder's fee equal to 10% of the purchase price of the property.
Payment of Finder's Fee. Finder's fee shall be paid to Finder within [Number of Days] days of the closing of the property. Payment shall be made by Buyer to Finder by [Method of Payment].
Confidentiality. Finder shall maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by Buyer, including but not limited to, Buyer's requirements and financial information.
Indemnification. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Finder harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
Entire Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
Amendments. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both Buyer and Finder.
Assignment. This Agreement may not be assigned by either party without the prior written consent of the other party.
Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
