This document outlines my SMART target for developing an AI video generation interface at BMW. This project aligns with the company's goal of providing innovative and cutting-edge technology to its customers.

SMART Principle:

• Specific: Develop an AI video generation interface that can automatically generate high-quality videos based on user input.
• Measurable: The interface should be able to produce at least 10,000 high-quality videos per month by the end of the year.
• Achievable: The development team will need to acquire the necessary skills and resources to complete the project within the given timeframe.
• Relevant: The AI video generation interface aligns with the company's goal of providing innovative and cutting-edge technology to its customers.
• Time-bound: The project should be completed by December 31, 2023.

Criteria:

1. The interface should be user-friendly and intuitive, allowing users to easily input their desired content and preferences.
2. The videos generated should be of high quality, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
3. The interface should be able to produce a variety of video types, such as promotional videos, product demos, and educational videos.
4. The AI technology used should be efficient and effective, minimizing the time and resources required to generate each video.

Measurement:

1. Monthly production of at least 10,000 high-quality videos using the AI video generation interface.
2. User satisfaction surveys to measure the ease of use and effectiveness of the interface.
