力普拉斯低级错误客诉考核通报：LDC12-54A 型号电池标贴不符

各工厂、部门：

2023 年 3 月我司收到 209979 客户投诉力普拉斯出货的 LDC12-54A 型号电池内部标贴与外包装箱不符，外包装箱使用是 LDC12-54A，电池内部标贴使用的是 '6-EVF-46.3'，两者不一致，导致客户投诉。

此客诉不但影响了客户的正常销售，同时给公司品牌形象带来负面影响，依据企供办〔2023〕8 号《客诉问责制度》属低级错误客诉，现对责任工厂考核如下：

力普拉斯运营负责人马永涛，对客诉的发生负有管理责任，给予扣除 3 月份绩效工资 500 元。

质量是理士形象，我们要从源头堵住问题，才能有效减少客诉。希望大家吸取教训，按各项制度做好本职工作，以防类似错误再次发生。

Notice on the Assessment of Laplace's Low-Level Error Complaint

To all factories and departments:

In March 2023, our company received a complaint from customer 209979, stating that the internal label of the LDC12-54A model battery shipped by Laplace did not match the outer packaging. The outer packaging was labeled as LDC12-54A, while the internal label read '6-EVF-46.3'. This inconsistency led to the customer's complaint.

This complaint not only affected the customer's normal sales, but also had a negative impact on the company's brand image. According to the "Complaint Accountability System" (Enterprise Supply Office [2023] No. 8), this is classified as a low-level error complaint. Therefore, the responsible factory is assessed as follows:

Laplace's operations manager, Ma Yongtao, bears management responsibility for the occurrence of the complaint and will have 500 yuan deducted from his performance salary for March.

Quality is the image of the company, and we must address problems at the source to effectively reduce complaints. We hope that everyone will learn from this lesson, and follow all relevant regulations to do their jobs well, in order to prevent similar errors from happening again.
