Finance Graduate Career Path: Investment Banking & Corporate Finance

As a graduate student in finance, my career plan is to pursue a career in 'investment banking' or 'corporate finance'. I aim to work for a reputable financial institution where I can develop my financial analysis, valuation, and deal-making skills. My long-term goal is to become a seasoned 'investment banker' and eventually transition into a leadership role such as managing director or partner. I also plan to obtain relevant certifications such as CFA and FRM to enhance my knowledge and credibility in the industry. Additionally, I am keen to explore opportunities to work in emerging markets and develop my cross-cultural communication and business skills.
