缺血心肌及移植MSCs能量代谢解析及优化策略研究
This project follows the research idea of 'energy metabolism analysis - microenvironment remodeling - cell remodeling - large animal validation', and aims to deeply analyze the energy metabolism characteristics and molecular mechanisms of ischemic myocardium and transplanted MSCs by combining protein and metabolomics methods. Based on this, potential intervention targets will be screened, on the one hand, by actively changing the local microenvironment metabolic characteristics and energy supply of ischemic myocardium, and on the other hand, by genetically or pharmacologically modifying ischemic adaptive MSCs in vitro. With the above optimal plan, preclinical large animal validation of MSCs cardiac transplantation will be conducted to establish an MSC optimization strategy, enhance energy utilization efficiency and survival after in vivo transplantation, and promote myocardial repair and regeneration.
