Diligent, Compassionate, and Proactive: Hu Meng Yu's Journey to Public Health

Hi everyone, my name is Hu Meng Yu, and I am thrilled to be here today to share my story with you.

In terms of describing myself, I would say that I am diligent, compassionate, and proactive. Diligence has allowed me to receive school-level scholarships and awards, as well as participate in research projects. Compassion drives me to help others in any way I can, including through volunteer work or blood donation. Being proactive means that I am always seeking opportunities to learn and grow, and to challenge myself. This is due to my decision to switch from nursing to public health. My commitment to helping others and making a difference in their lives is a driving force behind my actions.

As I pursue my passion for public health, I hope to continue learning and growing at Fudan University. Thank you for your time and attention.
