Transportation and Delivery Terms for Purified Water Preparation Equipment

Party B is responsible for transporting the goods by car. The transportation fee for the above equipment is borne by Party B. After the equipment is transported to the location designated by Party A, Party A is responsible for unloading and positioning the purified water preparation equipment in this contract, while Party B is responsible for guidance and technical support. The hoisting and positioning of the water distribution and compressed air distribution systems and the transportation of materials are fully the responsibility of Party B. After unloading, both parties shall inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods. If the inspection is correct, Party A shall sign on the delivery note. The authorized signatories for Party A are Ma Hongzhi and Chen Rong. A list of the goods received must be provided, and unless the goods inside the box are found to be inconsistent with the goods specified in this contract after opening the box, Party B shall no longer be liable for the loss of the goods after signing.
