Late Payment Penalty and Suspension of After-Sales Service in Contract

If Party A fails to make payment in accordance with the contract terms, Party A shall pay Party B a late payment penalty (except as provided by the Civil Code and other situations agreed upon by both parties). The penalty shall be calculated at a rate of 0.1% of the total contract amount per day, with a maximum cumulative amount not exceeding 5% of the total contract amount. Party B shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery and use of the equipment. Furthermore, Party B shall have the right to suspend all after-sales services to Party A until the agreed payment is made.
