摘要

基于现代房屋租赁管理的需求，本文开发了一个基于Java和MySQL的房屋租赁系统，旨在满足当今社会信息技术的发展需求。该系统实现了管理员和租客两种角色的功能，管理员拥有房源信息管理、租赁及合同信息管理、申请列表管理、报障列表管理、租金信息管理、日程管理和账户管理等模块；租客可以在系统中在线查看房源信息、进行看房申请、管理个人租赁信息、在线申请退租、查看管理个人租金信息、在线申报故障、查看故障列表信息以及管理个人信息。

整个系统采用Java语言和MySQL数据库进行构建，通过信息处理技术的运用，提高了管理员日常管理效率，同时为用户带来了更加便捷的信息服务。系统运行稳定，并能高效处理房屋租赁相关业务。

ABSTRACT

Based on the requirements of modern house rental management, a house rental system is developed to meet the development needs of information technology in the present society. The main functions achieved by the system are divided into two aspects, one is the function of the administrator, and the other is the function of the tenant. The administrator has housing information management module, lease and contract information management module, application list management module, report list management module, rent information management module, schedule management module and account management module. Tenant users can view, query and browse housing information online in the system, apply for viewing, manage personal rental information, apply for exit group online, view and manage personal rental information, report faults online, view fault list information, and manage personal information.

The whole house rental system mainly uses Java language and MySQL database to build. Through the realization of the house rental system, the administrator can give full play to the advantages of information processing and improve the efficiency of daily management. Users can better enjoy the convenience brought by information processing. The system can also operate more stably and deal with housing rental efficiently.
