Aspiring Public Health Researcher: Dedicated to Infectious Disease Prevention and Control

I hope to make contributions to the field of public health and preventive medicine in the prevention and control of major infectious diseases through research and practice, and provide scientific evidence. Specific plans:

1. Learn and master relevant knowledge As a nursing student, my understanding of major infectious diseases in public health and preventive medicine is not comprehensive enough. Therefore, after entering the master's degree stage, I plan to deepen my understanding of related knowledge and research progress through learning and reading relevant literature, including the transmission routes of infectious diseases, pathogen characteristics, prevention and control measures, and other aspects.

2. Participate in scientific research projects I plan to actively participate in team research projects under the guidance of my supervisor, learn and master scientific research methods and techniques from them. At the same time, I also hope to undertake certain tasks in the team to accumulate experience and improve my abilities.

3. Conduct independent research After familiarizing myself with relevant knowledge and methods, I plan to conduct my own research project. Specific research direction needs to be chosen and determined under the guidance of my supervisor. I hope to choose a research topic that is practical, innovative and can leverage my professional background and interests.

4. Actively participate in academic exchanges I believe that actively participating in academic exchanges is an important way to improve oneself. Therefore, I plan to participate in various academic conferences, seminars, and lectures to learn about the latest research progress and ideas, and exchange and learn from peers.
