减轻教师负担，提升幸福感：四层面措施助推小学教师发展

Based on the comprehensive survey results and actual situation, this article proposes some targeted measures to reduce the workload of teachers and improve their sense of happiness from the following four levels: at the government level, the responsibilities of teachers should be clearly defined and monitored regularly; at the school level, management should be optimized and teachers should be given care; at the social level, respect for teachers should be strengthened and support should be increased; at the personal level, teachers should actively adjust their role perception and objectively evaluate themselves to improve their enthusiasm for work and teaching quality, so that they can focus more on teaching and educating students.
