杭州小学教师工作负担与幸福感调查研究
This article determines the survey dimensions based on existing research and selects teachers from a primary school in Hangzhou City as the survey subjects. Through the questionnaire survey method, the current status of their work burden and happiness is investigated. Using SPSS 26.0, differences in work burden and happiness among teachers are analyzed from aspects such as gender, age, being a homeroom teacher, and teaching grade. Then, the correlation between the various dimensions of teachers' work burden and happiness is analyzed. The results show that there is a significant negative correlation between teachers' work burden and happiness. Factors such as intense competition in job title evaluation, inadequate work schedule, excessive workload, and lack of social support can increase teachers' work burden and reduce their happiness.
