Company 8th Anniversary Party Announcement - July 4th

Dear Employees,

I am excited to announce that our company will be celebrating its 8th anniversary with a party on July 4th! The party will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will conclude around 3:00 p.m. We hope you can join us for this fun-filled event.

The party will be held at Park Hotel, which is within walking distance from our company. Food will be provided, including dim sums, watermelon, and ice cream. Soft drinks, coffee, and tea will also be available. Please note that no alcohol will be permitted at the party.

We encourage you to take a break from work and join us for this celebration. This memo will be posted on the company's cafeteria bulletin board, in break rooms, and in department offices for your reference.
