Public Health Research Experience: Nursing Student Seeking Cross-Disciplinary Postgraduate Study

As a nursing student preparing for cross-disciplinary postgraduate entrance examinations in public health, my academic and practical experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in healthcare. My research advantage stems from my involvement in a national-level research project titled 'Self-management Program for Stable COPD Patients Based on Information Needs.' This project focused on improving patients' self-care abilities and quality of life, enabling me to deeply understand the importance of patient-centered care and the role of health education in disease prevention and management.

Furthermore, I have obtained the ICH-GCP certificate and participated in GCP training organized by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. This training has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to conduct clinical research ethically and in accordance with regulations. My internship at Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital provided practical experience in various clinical departments. During this internship, I participated in small lectures and case discussions with experienced clinicians, further enriching my clinical understanding.
