As a nursing student preparing for the cross-disciplinary postgraduate entrance exam in public health, I believe that my experience and skills set me apart from other candidates.
Firstly, I was involved in a national-level project that focused on developing a self-management plan for stable COPD patients based on their information needs. Through this project, I gained valuable research experience and developed a deep understanding of COPD care.
Secondly, I have completed the International Conference on Harmonization of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) certification and participated in GCP training organized by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. These experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct clinical research ethically and professionally.
Thirdly, during my internship at Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital, I participated in various departmental lectures and had the opportunity to analyze and intervene in clinical cases with experienced clinicians. Moreover, I presented my research findings in front of an audience, which helped me develop excellent communication and presentation skills.
Overall, I believe that my experience in research, clinical practice, and professional training has given me a strong foundation in the field of public health. I am confident that I can utilize my skills and knowledge to contribute to the advancement of research and practice in this field.
