Nursing Student with Research, Training, and Clinical Experience Seeking Public Health Master's

As a nursing student preparing for the cross-disciplinary postgraduate entrance examination in public health, I have a strong foundation in research, training, and clinical practice. I have participated in a national-level research project on developing a self-management plan for patients with stable COPD based on their information needs. This project, 'Developing a Patient-Centered Self-Management Plan for Stable COPD Patients Based on Their Information Needs,' allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of patient-centered care and the role of health education in promoting self-care and self-management.

I have also acquired the ICH-GCP certification and participated in GCP training organized by the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in research methodology and ethical principles, which will be invaluable in conducting future research projects.

During my internship at Hangzhou Normal University Affiliated Hospital, I had the opportunity to attend and participate in small lectures in multiple departments. These lectures, which were based on clinical cases and interventions, have allowed me to gain a better understanding of the practical aspects of healthcare delivery and the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration. I even presented a report based on my learnings during one of these lectures.

Furthermore, I led a community-based project on fall prevention among elderly patients, although it did not win any awards. This experience has taught me the importance of resilience and perseverance in the face of setbacks and the need to constantly refine my skills and knowledge.

I am eager to continue learning and contributing to the field of healthcare. I am confident that my passion and dedication, combined with my research experience, training, and clinical practice, will enable me to make meaningful contributions to public health.
