This article takes the warehouse management problem of 'Sanzhisongshu' in Zhaoqing City as the research object, analyzes the existing problems, and proposes corresponding optimization measures.

Firstly, by exploring the concept and current situation of warehouse management, the problems of 'Sanzhisongshu's warehouse management are analyzed, including problems in the warehouse management process, employee management, and warehouse equipment management.
