SQ SIM 2.0: Improved Submission System for Enhanced Data Analysis

We have improved our SIM system by upgrading to SIM 2.0 based on feedback and data cleaning requirements. The original SIM folders were causing confusion among submitters and had varying free-text responses, resulting in excessive communication. To streamline the escalation path for our business team and enhance data analysis for SQ, we have optimized SQ SIM 1.0 to SQ SIM 2.0.
