Preventing Negative Meshes in Fluid Domain Deformation: Adaptive Mesh, Spring Smoothing, and Remeshing

In order to prevent the occurrence of negative meshes while deforming the fluid domain, the utilization of adaptive mesh technique, spring smoothing method, and remeshing method is implemented.
