CCR Calculation Discrepancies: Report vs. Meeting Discussion

During my conversation with our Ops team, I discovered that there are discrepancies between the CCR calculation logic used in the CCR weekly report, which is managed by the ISS team (xxx), and the CCR calculation logic that we discussed during our meeting on Tuesday. Specifically, the CCR calculation logic used in the report dates back to 2022 and involves T13W Mature CCR, which equates to 5 immature weeks and 13 mature weeks. This means that as of reporting WK1, it takes 5 weeks to mature, and then an additional 13 weeks to achieve 13 mature weeks, with the first mature week being WK 18 (5/1). However, during our meeting on Tuesday, you explained that the total number of weeks required for CCR calculation is 13, with 8 mature weeks and 5 immature weeks. This means that as of reporting WK1, it takes 8 weeks to mature and another 5 weeks to be considered immature, with the first mature week being WK 13 (4/1).
