Why I Chose Public Health: A Nursing Undergrad's Journey to Fudan University

As a nursing undergraduate, I realized that healthcare is not just about treating patients' illnesses but also preventing them from occurring. Public health and preventive medicine are crucial in achieving overall health and well-being in communities. I believe that my background in nursing, coupled with a master's degree in public health, will allow me to have a more holistic approach to healthcare and make a greater impact in improving population health outcomes.
