Aircraft Assembly Error Propagation Modeling and Coordination Error Chain Construction

This paper proposes a method for assembly error propagation modeling and coordination error chain construction, aiming to address error issues during aircraft assembly. The method is based on error transmission theory, treating assembly errors as the result of interactions between multiple subsystems, and establishing a system-level error model. Simultaneously, this method introduces a coordination error chain construction approach, utilizing error chains to describe error propagation paths, thereby aiding in identifying and resolving assembly errors. The application results indicate that this method effectively identifies and reduces assembly errors, improving aircraft assembly quality and efficiency.
