Inventory Report Issues and Request for Record Keeping

Thank you for your response. We also appreciate your frequent assistance whenever we need it. We apologize for the delay in getting back to you as we have been busy with our recent move.

We are attaching the relevant webpage link for your reference. Within the link, you will see that in the inventory report, I have only uploaded one photo for each item. However, I have actually uploaded multiple photos for each item, but they were all cancelled afterwards. Only the first photo of each item remains, which may not be the clearest depiction. Due to the unclear photo representation, some of the questions I raised were not agreed upon. Therefore, I have made a record of the questions myself, hoping to make them clearer. I have also uploaded my own record to the inventory report, but it was cancelled and rejected by the inventory report. I will attach my own record to this email for your review. Please understand that apart from some necessary parts, I am not requesting the owner to repair anything. I am simply hoping that both parties have a record for future fair settlement.

For the part where we hope the owner can help with repairs, please open the attached files. There are relevant photos inside.

Regarding the security equipment, we will not damage any part of the owner's property and will remove all equipment when returning the property.
