Inventory Report Issues and Request for Record Review

Thank you for your response. We also appreciate your assistance whenever we need it. We received your email yesterday, but due to the move, we have been incredibly busy. We apologize for the delayed response.

We are attaching the relevant webpage links for you now. On the link, you will be able to see that in the inventory report, I uploaded only one photo for each item. However, I did upload multiple photos for each item, but they were all subsequently cancelled. Only the first photo for each item was left, which is not always the clearest representation. Due to the unclear photos, some of the issues I raised were not approved. Therefore, I made my own record of the issues in the hope of making them clearer. I also uploaded my own record to the inventory report, but it was cancelled and rejected by the inventory report. I will attach my own record to this email for you to review. Please understand that apart from some necessary items, I am not requesting the owner to repair anything. I just want both parties to have a record for a fair settlement in the future.

Regarding the request for the owner's assistance in repairing certain items, please open the attached files. There are photos of the relevant parts.

As for the security equipment, we will not damage any part of the owner's property and will remove all equipment upon returning the property.
