Data Collection Methods and Randomization in a Clinical Trial

This experiment collected data using both paper-based case report forms and an electronic data collection platform. Patients were randomly assigned using a random number generator. When a subject met the inclusion criteria and did not meet all of the exclusion criteria, and after signing an informed consent form, they were assigned to a group according to the randomization table based on their order of inclusion.
