Streamlined SOP for Improved Seller Experience and Reduced Bad Actor Friction

AGS SQ, the CNGS CCR goal owner, the NSR team, the CNGS NSR goal owner, and APAC TSE, the Regional PQ goal owner, collaborate closely to reduce friction caused by bad actors and ensure a positive experience for good Sellers. To initiate the program, we have streamlined our Standard Operating Procedures to enhance information sharing and provide clarity on ownership to address any spikes in defects.
