APAC POE Initiative Roadmap: AGS SQ Support and Collaboration

In 2023, the APAC POE team will collaborate with the WW and Regional PQ team to establish their initiative roadmap. To achieve this goal, the AGS SQ team will provide support through the following initiatives:

1. Conduct a thorough analysis of risky signals from top HDs contributed by sellers, brands, and categories.

2. Provide local insights that can help the APAC POE team proactively/reactively set up gates/detection mechanisms.

3. Help resolve 'mini projects' such as the NSR CCR Brand Analysis project by obtaining Seller/AM anecdotes and prioritizing impact.

4. Deliver targeted pre/post-defect Seller and AM education to improve their overall performance.
