2023 NSR CCR Goal Setting & Weekly Report Updates

We have completed the 2023 NSR CCR goal setting process and have updated the logic for the weekly report. We have successfully aligned with NSR leaders on the proposed 2023 CCR goal number, sub-team goals, and operational plan. SQ has explained the reasons for shifting focus from CN2JP to CN2WW NSR, provided a breakdown of the 2023 CCR subteam goals, as well as POE levers and escalation workflows for SQ, NSR, and POE.

Our next step is to communicate the updated goals and calculation logic to the SC&C Ops team for the weekly report.
