Currently, laser processing methods unavoidably cause damage to the substrate, and research on K424 high-temperature alloy, which is widely used in the field of aerospace engines, is still lacking. By optimizing the laser processing parameters, we have successfully prepared a superhydrophobic surface with high mechanical strength on the K424 high-temperature alloy substrate. The microstructure required for superhydrophobicity was constructed through a single laser scan, ensuring minimal mechanical strength loss. The prepared superhydrophobic surface exhibited good self-cleaning and carbon deposit removal abilities, which is important for the cleanliness of aerospace engines. Therefore, we believe that this work has strong innovative potential.
