EMEA Project Updates: Holiday Projects, Marketing Calendar, Wrike & More

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to provide an update on a few topics discussed during our recent meeting.

Projects: It was mentioned that both LM Holiday and EMEA had similar requirements, but the project was ultimately canceled. On the other hand, TF Holiday did not have the same requirements. The EMEA regional team is responsible for projects valued at 100K and above. However, it seems that projects similar to 'Holiday' may not be considered major projects, and the team may not have extensive knowledge of other holiday items such as 'CL' and 'EL'.
Marketing calendar: It was mentioned that APAC and RDDC have weekly meetings where they review the project tracker. To facilitate this process, Stephanie will share the APAC project tracker template, while Alex will share the EMEA template.
Alex shared the strategy for local VM spend - phase. This was a valuable discussion and provided insights into our local visual merchandising spending.
During the next EMEA meeting, the team will share the store construction playbook. This will be a valuable resource for all of us.
Wrike: It was mentioned that EMEA is currently not using Wrike, and there are no plans or timelines to implement it at the moment. In TR APAC, designers are using Wrike, but TR IP does not have Wrike permissions. To address this, Gwen and Annie will each look into how to apply for Wrike permissions.
