Enhanced Return Reason Field Improves Counterfeit Detection & CX

With the introduction of a new feature, customers are now mandated to provide a reason for returning products. As a result, there has been a noticeable increase in our CCR metrics due to the enhanced ability to detect defects and identify counterfeit items through the additional context provided in customer complaints. This improved detection capability will enable us to identify trends more efficiently and take prompt actions to safeguard the customer experience.
