TDPS-QDs Exhibit Superior Stability Over OA-QDs: Long-Term PL Intensity Comparison
This study demonstrates that TDPS-QDs exhibit superior stability compared to OA-QDs in terms of PL intensity. As shown in Fig. 7, the PL intensity of TDPS-QDs remains stable at a constant level without significant fluctuations, while the PL intensity of OA-QDs fluctuates greatly. The PL intensity of OA-QDs gradually increases initially, decreases rapidly after 1440 minutes, and ultimately decreases to 55% of the initial value after 2760 minutes. In contrast, the PL intensity of TDPS-QDs remain at 103%. This suggests that the PL intensity of TDPS-QDs is more stable and less prone to degradation over time compared to OA-QDs. The stable PL intensity of TDPS-QDs indicates that they have better long-term stability and can retain their optical properties for a longer period. On the other hand, the fluctuating PL intensity of OA-QDs suggests that they are more susceptible to degradation and may lose their optical properties more quickly. Overall, the results in Figure 7 highlight the superior stability of TDPS-QDs over OA-QDs in terms of PL intensity.
