The Role of Intelligent Development in Facilitating Factor Flows and Economic Growth

The development of intelligence necessitates a multitude of supportive measures, including technological research and development, software and hardware development, operational dimensions, and application in various scenarios. This has led to the emergence of related technologies and industries, which have facilitated the intelligent transformation and upgrading of industrial structures, and have enabled a comprehensive flow of factors. Furthermore, intelligent infrastructure plays a critical role in overcoming the blockages in the flow of factors such as people, logistics, information, commodities, and capital, thereby facilitating economic development and social mobility. Based on our analysis, it is possible that income structure adjustment and human capital flow may have a reciprocal influence, with the former potentially affecting the latter. Consequently, we propose hypotheses 4 and 5.
