Intelligent Development and Income Inequality: Exploring the Impact on Human Capital Allocation

The advent of intelligent development has resulted in an upsurge in average income. This phenomenon can be attributed to two factors: firstly, the heightened demand for human capital has led to a scarcity of skilled labor, thereby driving up wages. Secondly, the implementation of intelligent technologies has enhanced production efficiency, resulting in decreased commodity prices and an expansion of labor demand. This, in turn, has led to an increase in income levels. The growth in income has served to rectify the misallocation of human capital through a number of mechanisms, including the provision of wage incentives that motivate laborers to improve their skill sets, the imposition of higher production costs that force inefficient enterprises to increase productivity, and the increased attractiveness of regions that facilitates the flow of human capital and alleviates misallocation.
